Your library is the heart of Lead with How, and we treat it that way.
Everything you capture lives in a managed database that's encrypted on disk and reachable only over a private network — never exposed to the open internet. Your photos and files are stored encrypted and served only through short-lived, signed links, so an image can't be opened by guessing a URL.
We keep only a one-way cryptographic hash (PBKDF2, 260,000 rounds), so no one — including us — can read your password.
Each organization's stories, mission, and Key Moves are isolated from every other org, and we test those boundaries continuously. Admin accounts require two-factor authentication.
The things you think through with your How Agent are visible only to you — not your teammates, not your org admins. Only the things you deliberately share (your mission, stories, Key Moves) are common to your team.
Your data is backed up daily, with an additional copy encrypted with a key we hold and stored with a separate provider — so a single point of failure can never take your archive with it.
Your archive is yours for life — and it's protected like it.
